PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: October 1, 2026

Developer: RajannaTechnologies

App Name: Denomination Money Manager

1. Introduction & Scope

Welcome to Denomination Money Manager ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how RajannaTechnologies ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to transparency, complying with international privacy regulations (including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, UK GDPR, Indian DPDP Act, and Brazilian LGPD), and strictly adhering to Google Play Store Developer Policies regarding User Data. As an independent solo developer, we prioritize your privacy and local-first architecture.

2. Core Principle — Local-First Data Storage

Your financial data belongs to you. Denomination Money Manager is designed with a strict "local-first" privacy architecture. All your financial entries, transaction records, and physical cash counts are stored exclusively and directly on your local device using an encrypted, sandboxed local database.

We do not transmit, sync, host, or store your financial data on our servers. Zero financial data is ever transmitted off your device by us, and it is never shared with third parties.

3. Information We Collect

Because of our local-first approach, we collect the absolute minimum amount of data required to ensure the App functions smoothly.

a. Data We Do NOT Collect
We DO NOT collect, access, or store:

b. Anonymous Technical Diagnostics
To help us identify and fix crashes or bugs, the App collects anonymous technical diagnostic data when an unexpected error occurs. This includes:

c. User Feedback
If you voluntarily submit a bug report or feature request via our in-app feedback tool, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your comments, device model, and an anonymous user ID.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and other relevant jurisdictions, we process your data under the following legal bases:

5. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We do not use advertising SDKs (such as AdMob), and we do not track you across other apps or websites. We use standard, strictly necessary third-party infrastructure solely for routing and analyzing anonymous crash reports.

CCPA/CPRA Compliance Declaration: We do not and will never sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with data brokers, advertisers, or third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Local Data Retention & User Control

Because your financial data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it:

7. Children's Privacy

Denomination Money Manager is built for a general audience (ages 13 and older). We are fully compliant with COPPA and the Google Play Families Policy. The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under the applicable age threshold, we will promptly delete it.

8. User Rights

Under global privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and LGPD), you have specific rights regarding your data. Because we do not store your financial data on our servers, these rights are easily exercised directly within the App:

9. Security Measures

Your data is protected by the Android Operating System's application sandboxing, meaning other apps cannot access Denomination Money Manager's local database. Any anonymous technical diagnostics transmitted over the internet (such as crash logs) are encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS).

10. International Data Transfers

Anonymous diagnostic data and voluntary feedback may be transferred to and processed in India. By using the App and submitting crash logs or feedback, you acknowledge this transfer, which we protect using adequate security safeguards.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements or App features. The updated policy will be posted within the App and on the Google Play Store listing with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
