By downloading, installing, or using the Denomination Money Manager mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use or download the App. This App is developed and maintained by a solo, independent developer.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, RajannaTechnologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control, strictly for your personal, non-commercial use.

Denomination Money Manager is solely an offline calculation, bookkeeping, and utility software application provided by an independent developer. RajannaTechnologies is NOT a bank, credit provider, financial institution, payment intermediary, broker, tax entity, or financial advisor. The App does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
User Responsibility for Financial Accuracy:
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data entered into the App. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of the localized number-to-words currency conversion engine, physical cash breakdown calculator, or any mathematical calculations. As an independent developer, RajannaTechnologies is expressly NOT liable for any errors, discrepancies, financial losses, or inaccurate tax filings resulting from your reliance on the App’s outputs.
You acknowledge and agree that all user data is stored strictly locally on your physical device.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App—including but not limited to all software code, UI/UX designs, algorithms, logos, trademarks, and the localized number-to-words conversion engine—are the exclusive intellectual property of RajannaTechnologies. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RAJANNATECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, FINANCIAL DISCREPANCIES, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
BECAUSE THIS APP IS PROVIDED BY A SOLO INDEPENDENT DEVELOPER AS A FREE UTILITY, OUR TOTAL MAXIMUM CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO US TO ACCESS THE APP (WHICH IS CURRENTLY ZERO DOLLARS / $0.00).
THE APP IS PROVIDED BY A SOLO DEVELOPER ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT CALCULATION FEATURES WILL OPERATE WITHOUT FLAW OR BUGS.
These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate these Terms by permanently deleting the App from your device. We may suspend or terminate your license to use the App at any time, without notice, if you violate any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies in your possession.
